PvX Guardian Build Advice Needed

So, this is the build I'm trying to work out. Problem is, I got full exotic Knight's armor on my guardian and I made a promise not to use any gold to buy stuff until I have my legendary.
Now my question to you guys: would this make a good guardian build?

I've tried it in PvP before, ofc, guards should be bunkers. But a good hybrid guard can make the fight turn. It's not bad, but I might take a look at the new traits (burning duration most of all I think)

using a DPS guard in PvP now myself. This build looks good although youre dmg wont be very high

Damage in pvp won't ever be high, since you're lacking the 1k power given to you by your weapon damage!
