Guild Goals!(to do list)

Wanted to have this in text form for reference, moderators feel free to edit the post if you feel something is missing.

I've put members next to the tasks since we had some distribution on our Guildmeeting allready. If there are tasks you would like to help with, whatever you want to contribute to this, please post here and let us know.
I think this will make the whole process of our evolution be more open for everyone . Everyone is welcome to give their input even if their name is not written beyond the task, it's just the person who is overseeing the task.
It gives everyone an overview of what we want to do and what we accomplish, thus it will help us keep track of everything so we can look back to say: Yes, we did it!

This post is not for imput on the individual tasks, please use their respective topics for this, I will update the list with the links when they become availble.

Tasks

• Reworking the Guild Guideline, Introduction, Guild Vision, recruitment templates for community sites and ingame chat aswell as welcome messages for recruits - Mizu

• reselecting our Guild Emblem
  

Aww man the bullet list is all jumbled up :S.

Can we enable all VIP members to be able to change the guild emblem ingame?
That will allow us to create some designs and screenshot them for the forums.
Then we can have a rundown poll for what we find the best .

The guild emblem ingame only has templates. If you mean the guild LOGO like the one you see above, I got someone working on it already

We'll I thought the Logo on the site should be somewhat similar to our Guild emblem ingame...?
but I can also think of having a different thing for each.

About the recruitment thing, I think it be best to wait until we have the core changes ready and then have a fresh start.

The Quaggan was always our mascot i prefer it's not gonna change.

Did I mistake that you said you wanted us to remake the logo? Perhaps I mixed up logo and banner ingame... just clarfiy please^^.

Perhaps a mixup, but i was talking about the ingame guild emblem. Cuz you asked to give folks permission to customize it.

I am pro quaggan. Qoo!

i wouldn't be against changing the Quaggan. Yh yh i know its blasphemy but i feel no particular love for it!

I like the quaggan, I think it's more original than most logos in other guilds ive been or seen. but it's up to everyone.
