Short summary from guild meeting, Sun, 2nd. Feb 2014
Thanks for those 8 who participated in this guild meeting of 2014.

1) Clean-Up of Inactive Members
We have started a new clean-up which will be running to start of March. All have been given a check-rank, and this will be changed whenever you are online. If no officers online, please send a mail to me or any other officers with the accountname of the check-rank-person.
Actions: All open guild-window to spot check-ranks.

2) Recruiting Process
We have changed our standard formula for recruiting. This is a test to see if this works better. People who apply for the guild can expect an answer after 48 hours, they do their application "free-style", so we all have to ask questions to their applications.
Actions: Check for new applications every day and respond to them.

3) Say hello
We should all be better to say hello when we log in, and bye when we leave, also if we see people logging in, say hi to them. Use TS more often, involve new players in guild.

4) Exploits
Lately there have been a lot of different exploits in WvW, and we just wanna remind everyone about that we don't accept exploits in pK. Not only can it damage our name if you use exploits, but entire guilds have been banned from the game even if only a few from the guild have used it. Report if you see any exploits, and stay out of it yourself.
