Short summary from guild meeting, Sun, 1st. September 2013
Thanks for those who participated in the guild meeting this afternoon.

1) About the recently guilddrama
Some people left guild a few weeks back because they wasn't happy in the guild, which started a bigger drama about how this was done and the emotions involved in this.
Things have been talked out, and people who can't leave this drama or don't wanna contribute with good things for the guild are free to leave. Everyone should play to have fun, and not burn at the stake.
Drago flipped a coin and decided to leave Pk. We are sad to see Drago leave as he was a good guildmission leader and Officer of Fun. We are aware that many might follow, and there will be no hard feelings if you decide to do so. After all it's just a game.
Remember that we all are responsible for our own fun. We can't log in and expect to be entertained.
So if we end back to 2 people it's fine. We better wanna build the guild with people who want to play instead of unhappiness and drama.

2) Communication in guild
Don't be afraid to speak up on teamspeak, don't be shy.
We should all be better to remember to say hi when we log in, or when someone is logging in (if we see it).
Also use our forum more, log in more often and reply to posts.

3) Applications on the forum
Remember that it is for us all to reply to applications made on the forum, not just the officers. It's important all take part in this.

4) Guild Cleanup
After the guildmission today we will start the guild cleanup so we can remove inactive members. Everyone will get a new rank called "check-rank", and each time we see people online with this rank we will change it to an active rank, and at the same time ask them if they are on the forum and on TS and if they are happy for being in the guild.
Guild-administrations-tools are very bad, so it's the only way we can do it.
Actions: All officers keep guild-window open often and change check-rank's

5) tPvP-server
Our server us not so busy atm., but we decided to keep it alive when it runs out in 1½ week.
Actions: Twapper will fix this

I forgot to add we talked about making a funny recruitment on public forum for WvW. I have sent Titus a mail ingame about this.

Just don't task him with making the funny rec.
I've seen the way that he responds to jokes, if he makes em' as well as he takes em' no one will want to join
