| We soon gonna need a cleanup in inactive members in Pain Killer. Sadly the guild management i GW2 is very poor. We can't see when a person last time logged in.
Maybe we should arrange this in mid August (in a month from now)? As many is on holiday atm.
In HoM we did the following to clean-up inactive members:
We made a new title called "Check-rank", and we gave all (non leaders/officers) this rank. Everytime we saw a person online with "check-rank" we changed it to an active rank. It's a big work and all officers will have to open guildwindow very often to check this, but it will also allow us to know who are active or not. We had this system going for 3 weeks, and after this all who still had check-rank was kicked. I wanted to send all who were kicked a mail about this, as there could have been some mistakes, but, we are only allowed to send 3 mails ingame before we are blocked from sending for a long time. Needless to say I hate GW2 guild-management and communication systems.
Let's all keep in mind we will do this big cleanup around mid-august.

| actually i would postpone cleanup until start of september. i know a good number of people who are still on break during august. some even for more then 4 weeks. so make it start september and then let it run until the end of that month. those are my thoughts anyway. |

| Don't forget september = school again (18+ people have a heavy schedule in comparison to high-school kids). OFCOURSE, I'll keep playing gw2. But if my university work is to heavy, I don't see my computer at all. Just giving it to you already. Although I think 3 weeks will be more than time enough to play at least once. Might wanna do it end august-begin september then? (instead of starting in september) |

| Anyway, I guess, it's possible to join back if you have been wrongly kicked for inactivity? I'll be on holiday during all of September... but i hope not being kicked! overall, I fully support the cleaning process! | |
