[GloB] To many members?

As noticed, we had to deny some members access to the ToG signups because we were to many. And not everybody can play.

I was thinking about asking Varez and Holy into the team too since they know what they're doing and we played with them a lot too by now.

This would bring our number on 10 players. So basicly that'd be 2 teams if everybody can make it. If 1 person can't make it, we have to dissappoint 4 players.

So how do you guys see this? I don't want GloB to become an 'elitist' PvP team. I want us to be great and win our matches and rise to the top, don't get me wrong. But I don't want any drama or so.

So how do you guys see it? Do we get like 2 more so we are 12 members and should be able to fill 2 teams most of the times?

Keep in mind right now, that we're mostly going to focus on ESL. I planned my thursdays so I can make it every week. I don't ask anybody to be there every week. We just see who is online and wants to join. Eventually we might organize more of course if there is enough interest in this and to balance our teamsetups a bit more.

So, what are your ideas on members and on forming team(s) for ESL Cups and future tournaments? Should we allow outsiders in the team? (as in, no-pK members. Atm I'm refering to ReVo who have issues with their premades. Though I feel we got enough people of our own already and we don't need any outsiders to fill the ranks)

Let me know, this is everybodies team, so everybody gets a say in its future!

Remember to post in the Member List! Once that is done, we can see what classes and builds we still need or which persons could use another class to play.

Tbh, I never expected this 'project' to be this effective. The older pK members will remember the old days where we could hardly get any PvP team going on to just do random matches. And where this started as a project to get people interested and have a stronger PvP base to play with, we are now evolving into a real PvP team!

I feel we should keep GloB small. No use in inviting every PvP player of pK into it. Only the 'best' ones. So maybe we should test them and see if they can kill noz? :p jk noz! You know I love you and I rather have you on my side in a teambattle than any other player outside of pK!
So maybe we should keep it with the people we got right now + varez and holy. Maybe see what our 2 newest recruits can put on the table in the future.

ESL cups: everybody should be allowed to play! So I hope we can form 2 teams every week, or find some way to rotate or so. I don't like the 'favorites' rule where certain people are certain of their spot (Looking at you guys selo, night and zira )

No outsiders imo.

And I suggest we keep playing as pK.

Well, I'm all up for keeping it small, but it is a bit far-fetched to think we can make 2 teams every thursday. We should be happy if we can get one going.
Outsiders only if we can't make a team happen and 1 maximum. Which I hope shouldn't be often.

Another idea os to have a tram A and a team B. Team A plays always. If team A is not complete players from team B join their ranks for that cup. If team A is full, team B can see if they can get 5 too and play. If there are only 2 players of A team A won't play for example. How about that?

I think that we should have 12 people naturally (therefore, no Team A and B)

Therefore, we will almost always have a team for ESL.

And, if there are 2 teams, they both compete for ESL, and we do our best to get pK to the top!

2 teams is pretty utopic, we ain't going to make it. As for me, on Thursday evening i won't be making it to the tournament so it's 1 less ( I may free myself but it's not going to happen more than once a month, i'm paying for those fencing lessons^^)

I dont like the team A and team B idea, even though id obv be in team A

Basicly titus, you missed the 2 tourneys you signed up for completely. So I'd put you in the B team

But then awful players like you get in team A, the horror!

I'd gladly put Titus in the A-team.

The 2 team idea won't work, not everyone can make it every time. If ESL is on Thursday, I can make it from 21:30 CET and not before.

I can start a drama right now if I wanted to. I'll stay away from it.

Wondering what that drama would be, honestly. Maybe you can take it up with your PvP officer in pm?
