no, i dont think they'll have legendary/ascended skins included. 2 good 2 be true xD

They are included as far as I know. But you can't 'use the weapon' it's just the skin. So yes, people can run around with a twilight SKIN on every character now.

They are saying that if you have a Legendary, you unlock the precursor and the legendary skin.. for the whole account.

yes, it will cost alot of transmute charges if you want to use legendary skins - so its not like every will run around with it i think

ai arctic x\, only saw the update just now about that, but, u still have to be lvl80 to hold the weap then - u cant run around with a lv10 toon holding a legendary xD

Downscaled in queensdale I can be a L10 with a legendary (if I were to have one that is)
