Mesmer build

So , basically because I made a little deal with Balli.

In short if there are some interesting mesmer builds for PvE let me know. Because then i'll have to make a new character named Captain Chaos , or Captajn Chaos.

So let me know what build might work well for PvE. Wether it's a balanced , attacing build or otherwise.

It all depends on what you prefer with ur style. What i suggest is make a mesmer and level it. In between you can get used and see what build you like. Cuz for mesmers there are enough builds, but some are not ur style to play.

Some interesting standard builds:
-Shatter build
-Phantasm build
-Condition build
-Confusion build
-Interrupt build

if you could let me see the traits and utilities for those builds. that way , when I level up my mesmer i'll havce a nice idea what build might work for me

When I was leveling up mesmer, I found it hard to get used to. there are a variety of different ways you can play the class. The most common memser builds are Shatter and Phantasm.

With shatter, you basically use your F1-F4 (shatter) skills very often to destroy your clones, resulting in damage, confusion, distortion(invulnerability), and retaliation.

With a Phantasm build, you will rarely shatter, but your phantasms will do a tonne of damage. (i.e. Illusionary berserker (Greatsword #4) and illusionary dualist (pistol #4).

While you do start with the sceptor, I have never found a playstyle that I enjoyed that weapon with. Great Sword offers huge damage at 1200 range.

for second weapon set, Sword on main hand is nearly a must. I enjoy either pistol or torch in the offhand to my sword, depending on what I am doing.

It is probably one of the most complicated classes to master, but is sure fun to play when maxed.

Can you recommend any good guide for Mesmer PvP?
(weapons/equipment/traits/playstyle)

The thing is that i cant find a website with more than 15 likes for any guide.

I just tried out a celestial-build with gs/staff. It's like bunker ele with illusions more squishiness and more dps xD

Leveling a mesmer is a mess..i used gs/staff, there is not much to say about it..it has no effective way of bursting down groups of things before lvl 40..it has been a pain, at least for me, i had just leveled an ele and a thief and is was muuuch easyier

PvP is way better with mesmer.

The main builds in this meta are shatterer, phantasms or (less played, higher skillcap, as effective as the other though) conditions

Check Osicat builds on the mesmer forum, they are really good!

cant watch it in germany the videos contain music that you are not allowed to hear by law. The producers of the songs first have to oficially agree that their music is published for free
