PostSubject: PvP Armor / Crafting   Mon Jun 03, 2013 7:31 am

In the Heart of the Mist you can find a PvP-Locker. Inside the locker you can preview the different kind of armor. Find something you want and check this link http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Category:PvP_recipes
Note that it's based on different ranks, so it might not be everything you can make right away.

PvP crafting materials are salvaged from PvP rewards using a PvP Salvage Kit. These materials can be used at the Mystic Forge to craft specific PvP items.

You can buy salvage kit and chests to salvage from the rank glory vendor.

Glory is a currency that players can spend on reward chests filled with random loot, while rank is a measurement of your total accumulated glory. As your rank increases, you unlock new tiers of reward chests, and thus access to more impressive looking equipment.

All PvP rewards are account bound, and can be stored in a collection in your PvP Locker. This means that even if you obtain items which your current character cannot equip, you can store it for later use.

All materials go into the PvP-Locker then you use "Deposit All Collectables".

You can also use Arcane converters to "convert" an item you have in abundance in with an item that you lack. For me it was mostly Arcane Crystals as I always had Arcane Slivers and Arcane orbs

The process is simple, buy a PvP Arcane Converter from the glory vendor, those merchants are found on your west from when you first instance into HoTM. Talk to them, buy one, then visit the mystic forge.

After you have your mystic forge do the following

e.g If I want to make Arcane Crystals
x1 Arcane Converter
x25 Arcane Orbs
x1 Arcane crystal
x25 Arcane Powder

Same thing with Arcane slivers, except this time, swap the Arcane orbs for Arcane Crystals and Arcane crystal for Arcane Slivers

You can read more about it here

Might be useful:
Shows what rank is required for what armor and some recipes. Links each armor to it's wiki page.
