Ascended Armor

Do anyone know when it will be released?

The game director said this 3 months back:
"You won’t see legendary armor any time soon, you will see Ascended Armor in 2013 for sure though, yes."

Honestly, not this year i think.

The change to agony resistance they will make in one week will give new tools to increase AR on the existing pieces, and i think that the sole reason is because they aren't ready to release asceded armors.

Hope i'm wrong though..

i hope you are right! If everyone has exo armor it doesnt matter. Now im gonna have to spend insane amounts of cash on sth that wont make me better cause everyone is getting better

It's not about making yourself better titus, it's about not getting behind and getting worse...

yh i know. Im just mad at Anet for introducing this shit. I spent like 200g on Ascended weapons, why? Theyre almost the same as exo and if everyone has an ascended, its exactly like if everyone had an exo

Not everyone as many people that had an exotic weapon have an Ascended weapon and therefore you didn't become better than the rest, but the majority of the rest became worse than you. I also believe that you are going to need the extra AR it adds after the update of next week.

I agree titus. And what will it be after ascended? Next year there'll be another piece of weapon/armor...

I read somewhere that they have promised there wont come anything out better than ascended the next 2-3 years.
