Seems to be getting worse and worse. Should we look for something new?

5) Recruiting (add to recruit-formula)
Inform ppl about not to just leave guild if something goes wrong, lets fix things together.
Help your guildmates, and even tho its already being told then we recruit, there is basis for bring this topic again and make it clear that if possible, we help each other in the guild, with guild missions, events, etc.

6) Consequences for people not joining Sunday guildmissions?
Sunday is still the most important day, but as noticed from GM last night, should we make a list of ppl not joining and take a talk with them?

7) Officer news
Akhullad has been promoted to tPvP Officer, based on decision from last guildmeeting, we were just waiting him to be done with exams. Ryo has stepped down for a while since he need a break from gw.
We need someone in charge of PvE.

8.) Guild Missions
Drago and Twapper will inform from their experience with guild missions. What is working and whats not. From how to create groups to run it.

I will add more topics later and feel free to reply to this post with ideas.

some points i would like to see added to the agenda:

welcome new members to the guild.

never leave the guild without warning and dont act on a whim. if you feel uncomfortable about something or someone then contact and officer/leader so we can try to help you.

try to check the forums each day. try to make a habbit out of this since this is were most decision making is done.

please help out with guild missions even if you already have the rewards for the week. the same goes for someone asking for simple help with an event. (quaggan tonics for example)

help us think up new events for the whole guild. EB JP contest has ended and i would like to see a replacement event for it.

during the formation of groups in guild bounty. dont start shouting for group invite simply because you think its taking too long. forming and guiding the various groups takes a bit of time and at the end we will always ask if someone is whithout group.

explain recent changes to officer roles, ryo and akhullad to name a few.

discuss if we can put up a pvp day for akhullad

changing time for events.

and most importantly: DONT PANIC! writtin in big glowing yellow letters

I wrote very long thingy too, but Drago sum'd it up for me regarding the forum,ppl not registering, or register, but never logon to check the important things you dont see in game.

Erm, perhaps some people have lives and do real-life stuff in the evenings??

i see your point noway but we will discuss this all during the meeting.

Is it open for everybody? Cause I'd like to listen to it during my leveling if I can be online.

Personally it's just that I don't have much time on evenings.
I'm in law school, so from morning till evening I'm working for school during the school year.
Evenings I spend mostly on the dancing floor since I'm in a showteam, ballroom and latin, so I got a partner who counts on me. I just don't have as much time to play as I used to. If I can, I'll be online for GM's.

1st: Y its open to everyone Noway. Not only can everyone join we realyy insist everyone on joining cause this is where your voice may be heard and its a pretty important thing.

2nd: When we say ppl not joining GM we mean mainly ppl that are on GW2 but Lvl their chars or sth like that instead of joining. If youre sitting on your couch watching tv we would like ppl to come on GW. But ofc real life is more important. We just want all pll online to join.

yes what Titus said. We are not talking about people not being online, but all the people online at Sunday mission time who don't join.

It's a shame I couldn't be there, RC was giving me big troubles, wouldn't let me log in, when i got logged in I didn't see the room, or I didn't have sounds. So erm, I de-installed it and went into the new story dungeon

NoWay, yes, I figure I will get it Friday or Monday. All will get informed with new details for TS, and sorry for your pain with RC last night. I look forward to get rid of it, hehe
