What specifics does gw2 need? (full graphics)

I remember twapper saying something about gw2 using the cpu more than the gpu for the game or something I dont remember. Anyways, I've put together a build that can be found here:

Edit: Oh yeah and the point of the post was to see mostly if that build will be able to run at full graphics on gw2 or if I need better/other parts

Some things I'd alter personally, but I'll read up later, because I'm in college atm.

To play it on full graphics a gtx 650 or similar is good but if you wanna play it on really full graphics with ultra in wvw and no fps lagg you need like a 680 or 780 similar

I don't know where you get your gear, but 11k seems like way to much IMO.
I got an Ivy-bridge system custom made, 2.5k and there's nothing it can't handle. And it'll keep going for 5 years minimum with the absolute highest settings in any game.

Well, I don't use water cooling just yet, because i got 7 vans for the air.My case is like 1 big Van
But it ain't hard to play gw2 at full settings imo.
