Teamspeak issues

The past week our TS have been a bit unstable. Crashing, going off for minutes or just very laggy. I have got those responses from their costumer-service:

These problems are caused by network attacks problems on voice servers. It's a known issue, and we are working on it.

Several changes are planned for the coming weeks, for all our voice servers, to fix it.

I'm afraid we cannot offer you an additionnal month.

However we understand your request for compensation. I have added 5 days on your rental, and we can compensate you for possible future issues, if you report them to us, until a complete solution has been set up.

Note that, as the final date for the resolution of this problem has not been defined yet, you may want to switch your server to a new location, like France, where these problems do not exist in the same proportion.

To do so, simply make sure not to renew your server when it expires and create a new one.
That should temporarily stop the issue until we completely fix it for everyone.
