Quick guide to perma stealthing

Balli and Shijii requested a quick guide on how to perma stealth.So here it is(its nothing fancy realy)

quick note though when the guy tells which traits to pick he suggests taking the master trait from shadow arts tree called "patience" ignore that.You can use this trait for perma stealth too but outside of stealth its useless.I recommend takking the master trait from acrobatics tree called "quick recovery" which gives initiative regen outside of stealth.
