How do the leaderboards work

If you look at the OP, you'll see how bad the leaderboards are.
A 8/4 win/lose ratio is all the way on the top... Common guys, he's a freaking noob or bought himself a second account! How can he be 2nd in the list?

He's right though, they don't. If a newby can be top 50 ranked, what's the point of it?

I don't see how you can make a leaderboard in this game. If you got a fucked up team, you don't get points, you lose points. Eventhough you might be a freaking awesome pvp'er playing with 4 IRL friends. 1 man can't carry the entire team.

Good thing for us, we're all awesome PvP'ers, aye...
