Overall complaint about guild msg:
- whats the purpose of it if its the same for 2week? People can see stuff in forum if its there in 2week advance? If its for 2weeks the same why not alter it a lil so more information can be spread.
-for example tuesday when new patch came. nobody had wvw event? why was it in guild msg? why isnt there people who are responsible for event? then u have people to blame or u have a need for people to do somethign when whole week is empty. (could have been changed to for example "patch incoming, go southsun".
-wednesday GM... we had GM1 and rush? i bet people would have wanted to join rush if they knew we had one coming? (i know we just upgraded it in time, was lucky, but anyway..)

For example:

-Mon 18GMT, GM3, by twapper
-Tue 18GMT, WvW, by titus
-Wed 18GMT, rush, by balli
-Thu 18GMT, GM3, by twapper
-Fri 18GMT, GM1, by drago
-Sat 18GMT, Dungeon fun with pve officer
-Sun 18GMT, etc...

(days in 3 letter to save space)
(dont need to put 00 if everything is 00, to save space)
(if dont want to have whole week, have half of the week in g msg)
(having GM, which GM? tier? rush?)
(change it more often, so people actually have intrest to look the guild msg)
(tired ofo changing guild msg? why do only so few have chance to change it?)
(scared of people chaing guild msg that u just spent 30min writing? -thats why there is this topic where u can copy paste ur thing and take it from here to there in 2sec, no need to write again)

It's not few who can change guild message, all officers have access to this, but I agree it would be better with a fresh one updated more often. The only issue is that it's very little text you have room for, and we always need to have the web and raidcall info as standard. And the fact with you can't "edit" a text but have to type it over all time, might make some give it up, but that's why we have made this thread, so we can copy/paste the standard info from here.
