Jumping Puzzle Contest

Hello everyone, from 8th of January we are starting our new Jumping Puzzle Contest. We will do this every thursday at 19:00 GMT

Rankings: The first 5 that finishes the puzzle will get on the rankings list. I am doing this, so that everyone get's a chance and that there can be a difference in the rankings.
-First spot get 5 points,
-Seccond spot get 4 points,
-Third spot get 3 points,
-Fourth spot get 2 points,
-Fifth spot get 1 point.

Puzzle Rotation: Ive figured my own puzzle rotation, so that's there enough different puzzles.

Please keep this topic clean and I will change the rankings.

P.S.: You guys want me to be in the contest as well, or not? If i do, then i need someone else to stand at the end of the puzzle, before we start.

And in terms of you being in the contest, from what I hear, you're amazing at this stuff, so I'd rather you not be in it. We all want a shot at first spot, after all ;D

Hey folks, the first race was the Drydock Scratch. It is the Silverwaste puzzle.
There were only 3 competitors. Chaos, Trip and myself and it was very exciting.

First place: Trip (5 points)
Second place: Danagir (4 points)
Third place: Chaos (3 Points)

This is how it kinda went. It all went pretty funny!
The first 8 milestones Dana was in the lead, Trip second and Chaos third. This was Chaos first time doing this puzzle, so he didn't know the way. Trip was a bit slow on his behalf, Dana and Trip did this puzzle only once tho. When Dana was half way at the tunnel system (thats after the 8th milestone), Trip came to the start of the tunnel system. Dana was struggling 3/5th of the tunnel system and then Trip came to the same spot as Dana.
But then they both heard and saw that Chaos was at the start of the tunnel system. That was a big surprise to them, maybe he was just lucky and could win and see us struggling. But too bad no, Dana found a way to get to 4/5th part of the system. Trip was still bit struggling because he didn't saw Dana going to the right way, even tho we were at the same spot. At a moment Dana failed and fell down a few steps. When he was getting back up to his last spot Trip remembered the way as well. Then it really became a race, but this time Trip was in the lead and Dana was second with just a few steps behind Trip. Chaos was 2/5th of the system at that time. Then we both saw the end of the puzzle so we did all we could to be first place. Dana tried to blink, but that didn't work so Trip could easily take first place and with just a few seconds after Trip, Dana finished the Puzzle. At that time Chaos was 3/5th way of the tunnel system and did everything he could to take that third place. Which was actually easy, there was no pressure anymore. So Chaos took third spot

Hey folks, we had our 2nd contest and also this time 3 people were there. The puzzle was Only Zuhl in Timberline Falls.

First spot: Dana
Second spot: Steven
Third spot: Twapper

to bad I missed it - to much going at work ,ended working very late

Well , gratz to dana for winning round 2. Sadly I had a reception at wirk wich lasted till eight thirty and got home around ten. If all works out some will probably see me fail epically in the next round

Well seeing as how dana is slaking in this department i'll take up the third round of Dana's jumping puzzle contest. Due to dana's wonderfull dice rolling skills we ended up with Professor Portmatt's Lab as our jumping contest

First place: Dana (no big suprise there)
Second place: Chaos (how did he manage to do that?)
Third place: Tripz (scammed by Dana into third place)

Haha thanks Chaos xD I was indeed slacking a bit. But ya it was a great puzzle, it even transported me outside once Updating the overall rankings now xD

Ok we had our fourth JP contest and it was the Branded Mine in Fields of Ruin.

2 times now, I was hyped to go for some jumping puzzles and Dana didn't show up :<.
It's a bit dissappointing when you don't know if the Event is taking place, you wait some minutes and ask yourself: "is he late or is he even coming today...?"
It would allways help if you could just leave a message even if only shortly before the event would take place so that people don't have to wait and can go off doing something else.
Same for participation .

Ya i know, it is also my fault. My own planning crossed the planning for the jp contest so i coudn't be there. Also for what i wanna try that if i am not able to be there, that there will be someone to take it over from me. And yes you still be able to join...

New round of Dana's devious dasterly jumping puzzle

and did we have a classic or what? a full race all through the Obsidian Sanctum. Not so suprisingly we ended up with 3. Sadly due to WvW our fourth participant coudn't join.
And the end results have shown us the following

Dana took first place as if it was a walk in the park
Chaos somehow managed to get second place with a lot of stupid luck
Titus napped the third spot despite a lot of bad luck
