Elementalist Buid Suggestions?

As there has been quite a few changes to the Elementalist I was wondering if you guys had any recommended builds for them. I know I have spoken to a few of you about it but if you've stumbled acrossed any information that would be good as I am kind of leveling it for the guild more so than myself. As I feel that this is a class that isn't widely played by people and that also offers great utility for the guild missions.

The Meta Builds atm can be found on this website this can be quite handy if you don't know the profession that good.

Just click on your class or on the spec (PvE, PvP, WvW)

And look for builds under the Meta category.
