Guild Cleanup

I have today started a new guild cleanup, which means all officers need to have guild window open more often to spot "check.ranks" and change them to something active.
This will run until 1st. March.

Lol why do i have the check rank? I think i told you personally what the issue was with me last week.

I simply change everyone who is not online to check, easier this way when try to remember who is who's account etc, and each time we see people online we change them to an active rank.
I know it's a big work, but the only way we have found working, since GW2 offer no-what-so-ever guild-management-tools.

I know not all of you have tried this process before, I already got told several times today "what you changed this person, he/she was online the other day?"
So don't panic, it's just the way we have found working to make a guild-cleanup.
Our last clean.up began in the end of Nov, and in start of Jan all who still got a check.rank was kicked (with a mail of why they have been kicked).

And you get a nice period of time. I for one, saw this forum post, wasn't sure I could log a lot this week, so I quickly logged during soup and potato's (so to speak). Besides that, it's up for a long time (1.5 month approx), so no need to worry about getting kicked, really
