Tournament of Legends + sign up

Hey folks,

Who is up for this? Gimme a name and class. Like example:

Build: Mid-support


Please consider that we really wanna do our best. So choose a character you'r good with and think about the team setup.

Class: Guardian
Build: Mid Bunker

Sorry guys, but erm, I'm going out with a girl on both 26th and 27th :/

You could have used a regen ranger or decap bunker though.

My suggestion for the 5th guy: a thief for roaming. Either venom for team support or backstab/stealth for fight intervention.

Everybody seems to wanna fight on mid, but you'll need somebody for close. Preferably somebody who's able to go and contest at far. The more people at once he/she can handle, the better.
Handling 2 opponents should be mandatory (unless both are full spike/burst damage). Everything above 2 he can last longer than 1 minute is great (if you last 1 minute, you can hang in a long long time unless you relied on skills with 60+sec cd's, like elites).

If you want my advice on something, just lemme know and I'll be happy to help you guys out.
Though I suggest you reroll some classes. 2x messmer and 2x guard isn't optimal. Of course, it should all be fun. Chances are you aren't even selected (yes, not enough room and I was pretty pissed about this because that means not everybody has a chance on that legendary)

I can be your substitute dana. Plans are indeed cancelled for that weekend. (Yeah, I know, it's like a stop light, on off on off) I don't need to be in the big team, but if you need replacement I can do it.

I can play Ranger, Guard, Mesmer (got enough of them already), Thief, Engi (just need to check the build), Necro and warrior. Ele I can't play yet, sorry.

Ok im signing up. Titus i want the characters name of ur ranger. And Raven, you can be the substitute. But wich class? ranger or guard? and i want that name with it..

Ok so with this i would like to practice and check out builds for each other so that we can have a good setup..

I wanna have a build check evening on fridays and a practice in this weekend.

Nice guys! Now let's hope everybody can make it so I can just chill out while you get sweaty from fighting Team Car Crash and Paradigm and so.

Ps: there are some pretty big names in there. Car Crash for sure (finals stuff) and the Antagonists and Revolution Incoming (both from the same PvP guild, with the antagonists being their main players).

It's gonna be a big fight to end up in the final 8 for the prices

Originally, the tournament was going to hold 16 teams per region. That number has now been quadrupled to 64 teams per region for a total of 128 teams. In order to accommodate all the extra teams, two additional rounds have been added. To allow for enough time to complete these rounds, the 32- and 64-team rounds will be a best of one. Start times for the tournament have also changed to make sure everything stays on track. For EU the start time has been moved to 12:00 CEST, and for NA the tournament start time is now 12:00 EDT. Stream times will remain the same.

In addition to extending the number of teams included, we will also be extending rewards to cover the top 32 teams. Teams placing 9 – 16 will receive 77 Mystic Clovers and all teams in the top 32 will receive the new Llama Finisher.

Tho i was right about 55 HP monks and The Civilized Gentleman are participating (1st and 2nd place in Electronic Sport league teams)
